Purpose

Controls playback in the Music app. action: play (resumes; with `track_id` it plays that library track, with `playlist` that playlist), pause, next, previous, or volume (sets `volume`, 0 to 100). Called without confirm it returns a preview and changes nothing; pass confirm=true to do it. Returns the player state, the volume and the current track afterwards. pause, next, previous and volume do nothing when the Music app is not open; play opens it.
