Does deleting an event notify attendees?

Removing an event you organize follows Microsoft 365's normal cancellation behavior. The tool deletes the event by ID; how cancellations propagate depends on your Outlook calendar settings, just as if you deleted it manually.

How does the AI know which event ID to delete?

Your assistant first lists or searches your Microsoft 365 calendar to find the matching event and resolve its ID, then passes that ID to m365_delete_event. You describe the meeting in plain language and it handles the lookup.

Is my calendar data sent to any server?
