목적

선택한 Telegram 채팅에 새 메시지가 도착하면 Local MCP가 이 세션에 알리도록 요청하므로, telegram_read_messages를 계속 호출할 필요가 없습니다. set에는 `account`와 `chats`가 필요합니다. Local MCP는 300초마다 확인하므로(delivery "poll") 메시지가 온 뒤 약 5분 후에 알림이 올 수 있습니다. 각 알림은 platform, account, chat, count, max_id, event_id를 담은 이 세션으로의 notifications/claude/channel 메시지이며 텍스트는 포함하지 않습니다. 텍스트는 telegram_read_messages로 채팅을 읽으세요. 알림은 반복될 수 있으므로 이미 본 event_id는 무시하세요. 감시는 지금 시작되므로 먼저 채팅을 한 번 읽어 따라잡으세요. 이 세션이 끝나면 함께 끝납니다. 이러한 알림을 표시하도록 인증된 AI 클라이언트 빌드만 설정할 수 있으며, 그 외에는 delivery "unsupported"를 받고 아무것도 설정되지 않습니다.
