第 1 步：安装 LMCP 并开启 Cloud Relay

下载 LMCP，打开 .dmg，将 Local MCP 拖到 Applications，然后打开它。它会出现在你的菜单栏中。

在 chatgpt.com 上：

Settings → Apps（原 Connectors）→ Advanced settings → 启用 Developer mode（一次性操作）。
Create app：名称填 LMCP，Server URL 填 https://www.local-mcp.com/mcp，Authentication 选 OAuth。勾选 “I understand” 并创建。
点击 Connect → 在 LMCP 的 Authorize ChatGPT 页面上，粘贴你的令牌并点击 Authorize。

开始一个新对话，点击 + → More → LMCP 来启用它，然后试试：

隐私：你的数据保留在你的 Mac 上

Cloud Data Forwarding 默认关闭，需要按设备逐一选择开启。开启后，ChatGPT 的请求会通过加密中继路由到你的 Mac，在本地针对原生应用执行，然后返回结果——没有第三方 API 密钥，LMCP 也不存储任何副本。你可以随时从菜单栏关闭转发，并在 ChatGPT 中断开连接器以撤销访问权限。

故障排查

连接器显示 “No app actions available yet”

ChatGPT 设置中的那个面板不会列出 MCP 工具——这并不意味着连接器出了问题。一旦它显示 Connected，开始一个对话，并通过 + → More → LMCP 启用 LMCP；工具会在那里生效。

ChatGPT 只看到 setup_install

Cloud Data Forwarding 处于关闭状态。打开 LMCP Settings → Connect，将其切换为开启，然后刷新 ChatGPT。

“The connector is not authenticated”

令牌错误或已过期。从 LMCP Settings → Connect 重新复制它，并在 Authorize 页面上再次粘贴。
