用途

请 Local MCP 在所选 Telegram 聊天有新消息到达时通知此会话，这样你就不必反复调用 telegram_read_messages。set 需要 `account` 和 `chats`。Local MCP 每 300 秒检查一次（delivery "poll"），因此通知可能在消息到达约 5 分钟后才出现。每条通知都是发给此会话的 notifications/claude/channel 消息，包含 platform、account、chat、count、max_id 和 event_id，绝不包含文本：请用 telegram_read_messages 读取聊天。通知可能重复：忽略你已见过的 event_id。监视立即开始；请先读取一次聊天以补上进度。它随此会话结束而结束。只有经认证可显示这些通知的 AI 客户端版本才能设置；其他客户端会得到 delivery "unsupported"，且不会设置任何内容。
