目的
ユーザーが Microsoft 365 / Outlook の連絡先を変更したいときに使います。指定した項目だけが変更されます（メールアドレスと電話番号は一覧全体が置き換わります）。id は m365_list_contacts または m365_search_contacts から取得してください。scopes_for: ["contacts"] で接続したアカウントが必要です。
