Refunds
If you are not satisfied, you get a full refund when you ask within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Open the customer portal of LemonSqueezy from «My LMCP» and request it there, or write to us at ctpo@colibird.co.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for, monthly or annual.
There are no prorated refunds for partial periods.
Trial
The 14-day trial requires no card, so there is nothing to refund: when it ends, the account moves to the free plan with no charge.
Merchant of record
Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy as merchant of record, on behalf of Colibird LLC. Prices are in US dollars and applicable tax is added at checkout.
