目的

WhatsApp のメッセージ 1 件（テキスト、ドキュメント、画像、動画、ボイスメッセージ/音声）を、転送済みとして別のチャットに転送します。chat_id と message_id は whatsapp_read_messages から、to_chat_id は必ず whatsapp_list_chats から取得してください。ID を捏造してはいけません。これは書き込み操作です。最初の呼び出し（confirm=false）は送信せずにプレビューを返します。実際に送信するには confirm=true を設定します。

必須入力
