目的

WhatsApp のメッセージ 1 件のメディア（PDF、DOCX、XLSX などのドキュメント、画像、動画、ボイスメッセージ/音声）を、ローカルフォルダにファイルとして保存します。chat_id と message_id は、whatsapp_read_messages または whatsapp_search_messages から取得します（`media` フィールドが設定されているメッセージ）。ファイルを置き換えることはありません。名前がすでに使われている場合は «name (2).ext» として保存し、その旨を伝えます。
