‘Voorwaardelijke beschikbaarheid’ betekent dat het hulpmiddel kan afhangen van versie, platform, machtigingen, account of configuratie. Het is niet in elke installatie actief.

Doel

Stuurt één WhatsApp-bericht (tekst, document, afbeelding, video of spraakbericht/audio) door naar een andere chat, gemarkeerd als doorgestuurd. chat_id en message_id komen uit whatsapp_read_messages; to_chat_id MOET uit whatsapp_list_chats komen — verzin nooit id's. Dit is een schrijfactie: de eerste aanroep (confirm=false) geeft een voorbeeld terug zonder te verzenden; stel confirm=true in om echt te verzenden.

Machtigingen en bevestiging

Het schema bevat een expliciete bevestigingsparameter. Controleer het voorbeeld en autoriseer de echte bewerking volgens het platformcontract.
