‘Voorwaardelijke beschikbaarheid’ betekent dat het hulpmiddel kan afhangen van versie, platform, machtigingen, account of configuratie. Het is niet in elke installatie actief.

Doel

Verstuurt een bestandsbijlage naar een WhatsApp-chat. De chat_id MOET uit een eerdere aanroep van whatsapp_list_chats komen — verzin nooit id's. file_path moet een absoluut pad naar een lokaal bestand zijn. Dit is een schrijfbewerking: de eerste aanroep (confirm=false) geeft een voorbeeld terug zonder te verzenden; stel confirm=true in om echt te verzenden.

Machtigingen en bevestiging

Het schema bevat een expliciete bevestigingsparameter. Controleer het voorbeeld en autoriseer de echte bewerking volgens het platformcontract.
