Purpose

Lists upcoming calendar events from Microsoft Outlook on Windows. An answer carries at most 500 events and 256 KB: when more remain in the window it says truncated=true and next_offset, and offset reads on until the window ends. item_count is the number of items in the calendar folder and scanned is how many of them this call looked at. folder_count is a deprecated copy of item_count (it never counted folders): use item_count; folder_count is removed in 3.0.421.
