Purpose

Installs a SKILL someone shared with you — pass the skill_token from their recipe_export (or a raw recipe manifest JSON). Saves it to this Mac so recipe_run can use it. Importing only stores the skill. Running it asks for one confirmation when it has state-changing steps (send/write/delete), and a step cannot confirm itself: `confirm` in a step's args is removed here (confirm_removed_steps) and ignored at run, so a step whose tool asks for confirmation answers with its preview instead of executing. If a skill with the same name already exists, the import is saved under a non-colliding name. The first call previews; confirm: true saves it. Returns {name, imported}.

Returns {name, imported}.
