Purpose

Installs a community SKILL by id (from recipe_discover) onto this Mac so recipe_run can use it. Installing only stores the skill. Running it asks for one confirmation when it has state-changing steps (send/write/delete), and a step cannot confirm itself: `confirm` in a step's args is removed here (confirm_removed_steps) and ignored at run, so a step whose tool asks for confirmation answers with its preview instead of executing. If a skill with the same name already exists, it's saved under a non-colliding name. The first call previews; confirm: true downloads and saves it. Returns {name, installed}.
