Purpose
Reports, per mail account of the Thunderbird profile on this computer, whether Local MCP can send from it: ready, needs_password, or not_supported with the reason. To set an account up the user types its password into Local MCP's own settings window on this computer; a password is never passed through the AI, and Thunderbird's saved passwords are never read. An account that signs in through its provider (Google, Microsoft and others) cannot be used unless the provider gives an app password. Reading mail needs none of this. The first call returns a preview; confirm: true answers.
