Purpose

Lists the newest messages of one Thunderbird folder, newest first: id, sender, recipients, subject, date, size and flags. `folder` is a path from thunderbird_list_accounts, like INBOX or INBOX/Work (default INBOX). Paged with limit and offset. Only messages stored on this computer are seen: for an IMAP account that is what Thunderbird has downloaded, not everything on the server.
