목적

SharePoint 문서 라이브러리에서 텍스트 파일을 읽습니다. `library`는 sharepoint_list_files에서 가져오고, `file`은 그 안의 경로입니다(예: Reports/summary.txt). {"file": …, "content": …}로 응답합니다.
