목적

내 계정으로 Telegram 메시지를 한 채팅에 보냅니다. 미리보기가 있는 쓰기 작업: 첫 번째 호출(confirm=false)은 미리보기를 반환하며 아무것도 보내지 않습니다. 사용자에게 보여 주고 승인한 후에만 confirm=true로 다시 호출하세요. chat_id는 반드시 telegram_list_chats에서 가져와야 하며 절대 임의로 만들지 마세요. 호출당 메시지 하나이며 대량 전송은 지원하지 않습니다.
