목적

영상 위의 하나 이상의 사각형을 픽셀화/블러 처리합니다. 화면 녹화를 게시하기 전에 PII(이메일 창, 이름)를 가리는 도구입니다. 사각형은 원본 픽셀의 좌상단 기준이며 [{x,y,w,h, start_ms?, end_ms?}] 형식입니다. 시간을 생략하면 클립 전체를 덮습니다. 마커 타임라인의 `bounds`와 함께 쓰면 좋습니다. 출력 경로를 반환합니다. 첫 번째 호출은 미리보기를 반환하고, confirm: true로 설정하면 파일을 씁니다.
