목적

WhatsApp 메시지 하나(텍스트, 문서, 이미지, 동영상 또는 음성 메모/오디오)를 전달됨으로 표시하여 다른 채팅으로 전달합니다. chat_id와 message_id는 whatsapp_read_messages에서 가져오고, to_chat_id는 반드시 whatsapp_list_chats에서 가져와야 합니다. ID를 절대 지어내지 마세요. 이것은 쓰기 작업입니다. 첫 번째 호출(confirm=false)은 보내지 않고 미리보기를 반환하며, 실제로 보내려면 confirm=true를 설정하세요.
