用途

在 Windows 上的 Microsoft Outlook 联系人中（其默认联系人文件夹）创建联系人：姓名、公司、电话、电子邮件，以及取自本地图片的照片。需要名字、姓氏或公司之一。返回新的 contact_id。要将其加入群组，请使用 add_contact_to_group。与 Mac 上一样，不写入备注。
