获取某地点的当前天气和简短每日预报。传入城市名称（“London”、“San Francisco”、“Tokyo,JP”）或“lat,lon”坐标。使用 Open-Meteo，无需 API 密钥。必须提供地点，因为它无法访问设备位置。（原样保留的字面值：'lat,lon'。）
