当用户想通过云端从其 Microsoft 365 / Outlook 账户发送邮件时使用此工具；需要已连接的 M365 账户。它会先显示预览；设置 confirm=true 才会实际发送。若要从 Mac 的 Mail.app 中配置的账户发送，请使用 send_email。
