将 LMCP 的 OneDrive 访问范围限制到特定文件夹。设置后，所有 OneDrive 工具（读取、写入、列出、搜索、删除、移动）都只能在允许的文件夹内工作。传入空文件夹可移除此限制。更改立即生效。
