用途

将 LMCP 对某个 OneDrive 的访问限制在单个文件夹内。设置后，所有读取、列出、搜索、写入、删除或移动文件的 LMCP 工具（onedrive_* 工具和通用文件工具皆然）都会拒绝该 OneDrive 中该文件夹之外的任何路径，包括该 OneDrive 自身的顶层；搜索只返回其内部的内容。如果该文件夹之后被移动或删除，该 OneDrive 会保持关闭，直到更改限制。传入空的 folder 可移除限制。更改立即生效。
