通过 Graph API 向 Microsoft Teams 频道发送文本消息。需要使用具有 Chat.ReadWrite / ChannelMessage.Send 权限的 connect_m365_account。team_id 和 channel_id 必须来自 teams_list_teams / teams_list_channels。首次调用返回预览；设置 confirm=true 才会发送。
