用途

将一条 WhatsApp 消息（文本、文档、图片、视频或语音消息/音频）转发到另一个聊天，并标记为已转发。chat_id 和 message_id 来自 whatsapp_read_messages；to_chat_id 必须来自 whatsapp_list_chats——绝不要编造 ID。这是一项写入操作：第一次调用（confirm=false）返回预览但不发送；设置 confirm=true 才会真正发送。
