用途

将一条 WhatsApp 消息的媒体（PDF、DOCX 或 XLSX 等文档、图片、视频，或语音消息/音频）保存为本地文件夹中的文件。chat_id 和 message_id 来自 whatsapp_read_messages 或 whatsapp_search_messages（其 `media` 字段已设置的消息）。它绝不会替换文件：如果名称已被占用，则保存为 «name (2).ext» 并予以说明。
