用途

向 WhatsApp 聊天发送文件附件。chat_id 必须来自之前的 whatsapp_list_chats 调用，绝不能编造 ID。file_path 必须是本地文件的绝对路径。这是一项写入操作：首次调用（confirm=false）只返回预览，不会发送；设置 confirm=true 才会实际发送。⚠️ 使用 Wacli（非官方 WhatsApp 客户端）。账户可能因违反服务条款而受限。
