用途

向 WhatsApp 聊天发送文件附件。chat_id 必须来自之前对 whatsapp_list_chats 的调用——绝不要编造 ID。file_path 必须是本地文件的绝对路径。这是一项写入操作：首次调用（confirm=false）返回预览而不发送；设置 confirm=true 才会实际发送。
