用途

向 WhatsApp 聊天/群组发送投票——聊天中的每个人都会看到。chat_id 必须来自 whatsapp_list_chats / whatsapp_list_groups。这是一项写入操作：首次调用（confirm=false）返回预览而不发送；设置 confirm=true 才会实际发送。请提供 2–12 个选项；设置 multi>1 可允许选择多项。之后用 whatsapp_read_poll 读取结果（其票数仅供参考——见该工具）。
