用途

向 WhatsApp 聊天/群组发送投票，聊天中的每个人都能看到。chat_id 必须来自 whatsapp_list_chats / whatsapp_list_groups。这是一项写入操作：首次调用（confirm=false）只返回预览，不会发送；设置 confirm=true 才会实际发送。提供 2–12 个选项；设置 multi>1 可允许选择多个选项。之后使用 whatsapp_read_poll 读取结果（其票数仅具参考性，详见该工具）。⚠️ 使用 Wacli（非官方 WhatsApp 客户端）。账户可能因违反服务条款而受限。
