create_contact_group

Purpose

Creates a group (a contact group, Outlook's distribution list) in Microsoft Outlook's Contacts on Windows. Refused when a group with that name already exists, ignoring case. Returns the new group_id. To add contacts to it use add_contact_to_group; outlook_contacts_list lists it.

Required inputs

• name — Name of the new group.
