Purpose

Updates a contact in Microsoft Outlook's Contacts on Windows, found by contact_id or by name. The first name, last name and company given replace the ones it has; phones and emails given are ADDED (the ones it has stay, a number or address it already has is skipped; Outlook keeps up to 6 phones and 3 emails, and what does not fit is returned in not_stored); photo_path replaces the photo. Nothing is removed. A name that matches several contacts is refused with the list to choose a contact_id from. Notes are not written, as on the Mac.
